VIP Club Terms and Conditions

1.1. You can unlock certain benefits and get rewards depending on your current VIP status. There are four VIP statuses of different tiers. You can get and sustain each of them by reaching a certain total amount of bets and deposits within a current month.

• Silver. Starting status which you get for making deposits for a total of 1,500 NZD for the entire time of playing on N1 Bet. This status doesn’t expire, and you don’t need to do anything to sustain it.
• Gold. Bet 15,000 NZD; deposit 1,500 NZD.
• Platinum. Bet 75,000 NZD; deposit 4,500 NZD.
• Black. Your VIP Status switches to Black only after you receive and confirm the invitation from the VIP club via email.

After meeting the conditions, the N1 Bet manager will contact you within a day. Then you will get a status for the rest of the current month and for the next month.

1.2. Gold, Platinum, and Black status are temporary. If you fail to meet both requirements during the current month, at the beginning of a new month your status is downgraded from Black to Platinum, from Platinum to Gold, or from Gold to Silver.

1.3. Once when you get the VIP status of a certain tier for the very first time, you get a reward:

• Silver. 150 NZD. The wagering requirement is x20. The maximum win amount is 4,500 NZD.
• Gold. 300 NZD. The wagering requirement is x10. The maximum win amount is 9,000 NZD.
• Platinum. 750 NZD. The wagering requirement is x5. The maximum win amount is 15,000 NZD.
• Black. Exclusive bonus. There are no wagering requirements.

1.4. VIP status increases your default withdrawal limits stated in General Terms and Conditions. Changing the limits for a player is done on an individual basis by agreement with the personal manager.

1.5. The Casino endeavors faster withdrawals for players with VIP status. Withdrawal can be processed after successfully passing verification. You can find the information regarding verification in our General Terms and Conditions. However, the Casino can make withdrawals faster as far as your preferred payment method allows it. Please note that the final withdrawal processing time depends on the payment method.

The minimum withdrawal processing time by the Casino is:

• Silver. 12 hours.
• Gold. 3 hours.
• Platinum. 1 hour.
• Black. 30 minutes.

1.6. Starting with the Gold status and higher you get access to verification help, priority service, increased withdrawals limits, VIP promotions, and VIP Lounge. Starting with the Platinum status you also get access to personal manager and the option to suspend your current status for 30 days by contacting the manager.

VIP Club Cashback Terms and Conditions

2.1. VIP Status affecting both Slots Cashback and Live Games Cashback you can get weekly on Mondays at (12:00 – 13:00 UTC).

2.2 Slots Cashback is credited for real money bets in any slots and Live Games cashback is credited for real money bets in any Live Casino Games.

2.3. Cashback is counted as the percentage of the amount according to this formula: bets - wins - issued bonuses - canceled bonuses.

2.4. Cashback is available if your minimal loss in slots for the last seven days is greater than 1 EUR (1.5 NZD). It is credited automatically in the form of bonus money and expires in 7 days.

2.5. Weekly Slots Cashback:

• Silver. 5% up to 150 NZD. The maximum win is 4,500 NZD. Maximum bet while wagering is 8 NZD. Has to be wagered 20X.
• Gold. 7.5% up to 750 NZD. The maximum win is 15,000 NZD. Maximum bet while wagering is 40 NZD. Has to be wagered 10X.
• Platinum. 10% up to 7,500 NZD. The maximum win is 45,000 NZD. Maximum bet while wagering is 75 NZD. Has to be wagered 5X.
• Black. 15% up to 15,000 NZD. The maximum win is 75,000 NZD. Maximum bet while wagering is not limited. There are no wagering requirements.

2.6. Weekly Live Casino Games Cashback:

• Silver. 15% up to 150 NZD. The maximum win is 4,500 NZD. The maximum bet is 8 NZD.
• Gold. 15% up to 750 NZD. The maximum win is 15,000 NZD. There is no maximum bet.
• Platinum. 15% up to 7,500 NZD. The maximum win is 45,000 NZD. There is no maximum bet.
• Black. 15% up to 15,000 NZD. The maximum win is 75,000 NZD. There is no maximum bet.

Changing of Rules and Membership Status

3.1. The casino reserves the right to expand or otherwise change the content of the Club at any time, e.g. the requirements to achieve a certain VIP status and the associated benefits. Information on this can be found on the N1 Bet website.

3.2. If you decide to close your casino account or your account is closed by the Casino team, you will lose your VIP status and all associated benefits. Your status will not be transferable even if you open a new account at the casino.

3.3. The Casino reserves the right to terminate your Club membership at any time and withdraw your current VIP status.

3.4. The casino will terminate your Club membership if we determine that you violate the Club conditions, other bonus terms and conditions, or the casino terms and conditions and/or otherwise the act is against the interests of the casino. Such a violation will result in the withdrawal of your VIP status and all associated benefits. The casino also reserves the right to retroactively withdraw any bonuses that are already awarded and close your player account if necessary.

3.5. In addition, the casino may suspend your Club membership at any time, i.e. for a period of time or until further notice, if necessary to protect our interests. During this time, your VIP status will be revoked, and all benefits suspended.
