VIP Club Terms and Conditions

1.1. You can unlock certain benefits and get rewards depending on your current VIP status. There are four VIP statuses of different tiers. You can get and sustain each of them by reaching a certain total amount of real money bets and deposits within the current month.

• Silver. This is the initial status that can be achieved by making deposits for a total of 3 750 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency) in the course of the entire time of playing in casino. This status doesn’t expire, and you don’t need to do anything to sustain it.
• Gold. Bet 15 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency) and deposit 1 500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency) in the course of the current month.
• Platinum. Bet 75 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency) and deposit 4 500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency) in the course of the current month.
• Black. Bet 75 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency) and deposit 4 500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency) in the course of the current month. Please note that your VIP Status switches to Black only after you receive and confirm the invitation from the VIP Club Personal Manager via email.

When you meet the conditions, you will be contacted by the JooCasino manager within one business day. Then, you will get a status for the rest of the current month and for the next month.

1.2. The Gold, Platinum, and Black statuses are temporary. If you fail to meet both conditions during the current month, at the beginning of a new month your status will be downgraded from Black to Platinum, from Platinum to Gold, or from Gold to Silver.

1.3. Once you achieve the VIP status of a certain tier for the very first time, you get one of the following rewards depending on your VIP Club status:

• Silver. 150 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x20. The maximum win amount is 1500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency).
• Gold. 300 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x10. The maximum win amount is 7500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency).
• Platinum. 750 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x5. The maximum win amount is 15 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency).
• Black. Exclusive bonus. The wagering requirement is x1. The maximum win amount is 30 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency).

1.4. A VIP status increases your default withdrawal limits stated in the General Terms and Conditions. Changing the limits for a player is done on an individual basis by agreement with a Personal Manager.

1.5. JooCasino endeavours faster withdrawals for players with a VIP status. Withdrawal can be processed after successfully passing verification. You can find the information regarding verification in our General Terms and Conditions. However, the Casino can make withdrawals faster only as far as your preferred payment method allows it. Please note that the final withdrawal processing time depends on the payment method.

The minimum withdrawal processing time by the Casino is:

• Silver. 3 hours
• Gold. 1 hour
• Platinum. 30 minutes
• Black. 5 minutes

1.6. Verification assistance and priority service are provided to all VIP Club players with any status (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black). Starting from the Gold status and higher, you get access to increased withdrawals limits, VIP promotions, VIP Lounge, and a Personal Manager. Starting from the Platinum status, you get the option to suspend your current status for 30 days by contacting your Personal Manager.

The VIP Club cashback Terms and Conditions

2.1. A VIP status affects both the Slots cashback and Live games cashback that you can get weekly on Mondays (15:00 UTC — 18:00 UTC).

2.2. The Slots cashback is credited for the real money bets made in any Slots. The Live games cashback is credited for the real money bets made in any Live games.

2.3. Cashback is counted as the percentage of the amount according to this formula: bets — wins — issued bonuses — cancelled bonuses.

2.4. Weekly Slots cashback is available if your minimal loss in Slots in the course of the last seven days is greater than 150 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). Weekly Live games cashback is available if your minimal loss in Live games in the course of the last seven days is greater than 150 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). Cashback is credited automatically in the form of bonus money and expires in 7 days.

2.5. Weekly Slots cashback:

• Silver. 5% up to 150 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 1 500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is 7.5 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x20.
• Gold. 7.5% up to 750 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 7500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is 15 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x10.
• Platinum. 10% up to 7 500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 15 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is 22.5 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x5.
• Black. 15% up to 15 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 30 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is not limited. There is no wagering requirement.

2.6. Weekly Live games cashback:

• Silver. 15% up to 150 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 1500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is 7.5 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x20.
• Gold. 15% up to 750 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 7500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is 15 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x10.
• Platinum. 15% up to 7 500 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 15 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is 22.5 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The wagering requirement is x5.
• Black. 15% up to 15 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum win is 30 000 AUD (or an equivalent in another currency). The maximum bet while wagering is not limited. There is no wagering requirement.

Changing of rules and membership status

3.1. The Casino reserves the right to expand or otherwise change the content of the VIP Club at any time, e.g. the conditions to achieve a certain VIP status and the associated benefits.

3.2. If you decide to close your JooCasino account or your account is closed by the Casino team, you may lose your VIP status and all associated benefits.

3.3. The Casino reserves the right to terminate your VIP Club membership and to withdraw your current VIP status at its sole discretion.

3.4. The Casino will terminate your VIP Club membership if it is determined that you violate the VIP Club conditions, other bonus terms and conditions or the Casino terms and conditions, and/or if it is determined that your act is against the interests of the Casino. Such a violation will result in the withdrawal of your VIP status and all associated benefits. The Casino also reserves the right to retroactively withdraw any bonuses that are already awarded and close your player account, if necessary.

3.5. In addition, the Casino may suspend your VIP Club membership at any time, i.e. for a period of time or until further notice, if it is necessary to protect the Casino’s interests. During this time, your VIP status will be revoked, and all benefits will be suspended.
